Subject: Quasars ?

The LSST can see quasars at very large red shift.  I recall that this 
was raised as a possible LSST science topic a year or so ago.  Is it 
being actively pusued by the SWG?  I can think of two topics:
* Quasar distribution as a measure of large scale structure.
* The dynamics of quasar formation.  There was a recent Nature article 
on this topic.
