Michael,

Doing 15,000 deg^2 for the KB search space would mean one would have to
sample the hi-lat KBOs, rather than enumerate them. 30,000 deg^2 would do
better, but a clever strategy using only 15,000 deg^2 might work. We could
look into it as a team, but just beware KBOs can go higher than
15,000/2/360=~+/-21 deg.
