  Executive summary:
    To accomodate everybody, LSST SWG will meet *twice*
      Wednesday, 5:15 PM -- 6:30
      Thursday, 9-12 PM
      Both in Crescent Room

Hello all,
  As you may remember, we (the LSST Science Working Group) were
scheduled to meet Wednesday (tomorrow) from 3-6 PM at the Crescent
Room.  However, that is exactly at the time of the LSST poster
session, *and* Phil Pinto's invited talk on LSST, so many people can't
make this meeting. As I wrote earlier, we will therefore meet Thursday
morning, 9-12 AM.  The default at the moment is that we will also meet
in the Crescent Room (which is next to Charlie's restaurant) at that
time, although we haven't yet gotten an explicit statement that it is
available then.  

  Not surprisingly, there are several people who are unable to make
the Thursday morning meeting.  Therefore, for those who can make it, I
would also like to meet on Wednesday afternoon, immediately following
Phil's talk (5:15 PM), in the Crescent Room.  We'll go until 6:30.
Feel free to attend both meetings, but you really only need feel
obligated to attend one.
