I will be there and available Thursday morning.  There is only one single 
talk, well into the afternoon, that I have marked as of interest for me to 
attend, and even that is expendable, so I could be available all day.  I 
was almost tempted to skip out to Ensenada that day, but I'm certainly 
available for a meeting.

I can try to run out a quick analysis of how far I think Pan-STARRS can get 
by 2012 in solar system surveying.  Doing that in more detail is clearly 
the "work that needs to be done to answer the question".  The "more detail" 
includes a dynamical model comparing what LSST adds to a continuing 
Pan-STARRS survey from 2012 on.
