Internet research can be quite misleading.
For the record, the principals of LSST Corp are

Board Secretary: Craig Hogan http://www.astro.washington.edu/hogan/
Board Treasurer: Danny Gasch http://www.rescorp.org/staff.htm

None of these folks are employees of AURA, or beholden to AURA in any way.
Larry Klose filed the incorporation papers for LSST Corp, a service which could
equally be performed for PanSTARRS, except that it is fully owned by the U.of Hawaii.

Personally, I find Board meetings anything but 'cosy'. Other members are
Peter Strittmatter, Phil Pinto, Chris Stubbs.

Michael has properly returned the dialog to the SWG's science focus, but
I thought I should clarify these business matters.
