GRIM2 is down, due to an undiagnosed communication failure.  Mark Klaene,
Steve Knapp, and Charlie Hull spent considerable time today trying for the
quick fix, but concluded that the problem seems to be in the electronics
either in the instrument or in the receiver box in the computer room.  We
will need to work this problem with Mark Hereld and his instrument group
and do not expect a solution any earlier than Monday.

I am notifying the observers and making schedule swaps where possible.
