Subject: simultaneous DIS chip readout

During the recent shutdown for repair of the Az drive, the electronics 
needed to simultaneously read-out the two DIS chips was installed; this 
can save a substantial overhead for programs acquiring a large number of 
short exposures with DIS, of course.  Observers should consult their 
on-duty OS about how to use this new DIS feature until it is described in 
the instrument documentation.
