One half night of bright time is available via DD01 (see 3Q schedule
for explanation...essentially not very different than OPEN time at
this stage, except that there is no charge to the institutional 
allotments), the second half of Spet 30.  Please send requests as
soon as possible and by Sept 23 if at all possible.
