In it, you simply type the required info and it send you a list of guide stars and what rotation angles are needed to place them in the guider's field of view. This can be very useful for those blank fields and improve your image quality! You can find the plotter at the below address. When it asks for 'Authorization Code' simply use 'APO'. These charts are also useful sometimes as finder charts since they plot the instrument orientation and field of view right on the chart! They will create .ps files for you to print! It is very slick! http://www.astro.washington.edu/deutsch/apo/guider/gdrgacform.html _______________________________________________ Noel Camron Hastings ~ Apache Point Observatory http://galileo.apo.nmsu.edu/~hastings ------=_NextPart_000_0000_01C08700.D3CDBF00 Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="Click for NA2 guider finding chart engine..url" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Click for NA2 guider finding chart engine..url" [InternetShortcut] URL=3Dhttp://www.astro.washington.edu/deutsch/apo/guider/gdrgacform.html Modified=3D20BEBD203B87C0013E =00=00=00 ------=_NextPart_000_0000_01C08700.D3CDBF00-- APO APO APO APO APO Apache Point Observatory 3.5m APO APO APO APO APO This is message 486 in the apo35-general archive.
