Subject: Spicam status

Spicam is currently not operational due to what appears to be unknown 
contamination in the vacuum dewar. UW Support person are currently 
en-route to APO  to assess the situation. We would expect this 
situation to continue at least through Thursday 1-25-01 and possibly 
longer.

You can get daily updates from the 3.5m daily logs issued from the site.
