Greetings to all.
In order to advance the APO 3.5m towards a more rational system of
coordinate conventions, we have decided to
*change the orientation of SPIcam*.
Yes, this will mean that your hard-won intuition about x-y vs RA-DEC
is now obsolete, and that you will need to be very careful with existing
scripts.
On our IRAF displays SPIcam images are now N up and E left, which in the
long run will be an improvement.
This change is effective immediately.
