I have made electronic revisions to the October and December 3.5m observing
schedules; there are no changes for November.  At this time there will be
no paper copies issued.

Changes are:

EN01 and UW08 swapped time 10/9 and 10/15.

UW01 was awarded all OPEN time in December

Also, there is an October 3.5m staff support schedule available on the web.
