Subject: 4Q1997 OPEN time assignments and trades

The attached shows some deltas to the 4Q1997 Preliminary schedule
which will be included in the first version of the schedule issued
by Gretchen.  It includes assignment of OPEN times and some internal
trades requested by UW.  All changes from the preliminary schedule
are enclosed in square brackets [].  OPEN time assignments were made
on a first come, first served basis (as advertised).

Three remaining OPEN time blocks (one new and two old) are also listed
on the attached.  Please send requests for this time to me ASAP.
