Unforseen engineering problems have occurred at Colorado during the 
shutdown, so NIC-FPS is now planned to return to the site during early 
October, and will be unavailable in Q4 for science observations until the 
start of the October bright time (10/19/2007).  Please plan your
observations accordingly.

PIs of scheduled programs using NICFPS at the end of September, during Q3, 
will be contacted separately.
