Subject: correction in DIS orientations document

I've corrected the equation for calculating telescope rotation for a given
position angle.  This appears in the "setting orientation of and placing
objects on the dis slit" web document, which is linked to the DIS user's
guide.  The corrected equation is:

Rotation = (P.A. - 90)
