Sounds like a good lead.  However, when you contact Chave, be sure to 
emphasize that our interest is not in "Extinction level" sized 
impactors.  We are here assuming that even impactors down to 1 km diameter 
are a solved problem by the current surveys.  We are very specifically 
interested in the potential for damage by tsunamis generated by few-hundred 
meter diameter impactors.  It is in this size range that Melosh claims the 
hazard is greatly over-rated, and this is the size we need to critically 
evaluate, because this is the size range that LSST would address.
