This folder contains input and output files related to the computation presented in Figure 2 of Silsbee & Draine (2016). astrosil provides a table of the dielectric function for astrosilicates as a function of wavelength. BAM1.32.9.mstm is the input file to the mstm program representing the cluster of spheres. BAM1.32.9.targ is the input file to the ddscat program representing the cluster of spheres used for the computation. ddscat.par is the parameter file used as input to the DDSCAT program. It is set up for the shortest of the 30 wavelengths and smallest of the 20 grain sizes used in the computation. ddscat_results.txt is a table of Q_abs, Q_sca, and Q_pr=Q_abs+Q_sca*(1- averaged over the solar spectrum as described in Silsbee & Draine (2016), with N_\lambda = 30. These values were calculated with DDSCAT. mstm.inp is the parameter file used as input to the mstm program.
