The mailer can be found from the Peyton Hall home page, and points to
~strauss/apo/mail/mailinglists.html (there is a link to this from
/u/WWW/APO). The URL is
http://astro.princeton.edu:82/mailinglists.html. 

In ~strauss/apo/mail, are files apo35-general.list (list of all
subscribers; simply add to this file). 
If you want to add another discussion group: 
mkdir {name of new group}
cd !$
cp ../apo35-skel .
then create .list file
update INDEX.html

Then edit /etc/aliases, and send it to Robert or Bill for updating (I
don't have permission for that. Also make sure to update
mailinglists.html accordingly. To see the aliases command:
ypcat -k aliases > dummy
Actually, all you need are two lines that look like the following:

apo35-amber: "|/u/strauss/apo/mailer/bin/mailer apo35-amber"
apo35-amber-out: :include:/u/strauss/apo/mailer/apo35-amber.list

If I need to change permissions: /u/WWW/server/APO/group and
/u/WWW/public/restricted_apo.html.
