If you are planning to attend the August 9th 3.5m user community
meeting in Baltimore, please notify Janet Hergenhan (hergenha@astro.
princeton.edu) even if you do not need hotel or other logistical
arrangements.

We need a list for the distribution of an agenda and other materials
in advance of the meeting and to know how many people will be there
in order to arrange a room, lunch, etc.
