There were more than a half dozen requests for the Sept 30A half night, 
all of them with strong arguments in their support.  I have assigned it to 
UW04 and must therefore decline the other requests.

For future reference, note that if anyone had noticed this time and 
requested it before I posted the reminder to apo35-general on Sept 16, 
they would have gotten it.
