The Cryotiger mechanical cooler having finally arrived at APO from the
vendor, an intense effort by Jeff Morgan, Dave Woods and Peter Doherty
have returned it to operational status very quickly.  This required not
only re-installation of the cooling system but also diagnosing and fixing
an electronics problem that somehow developed while it was out of service.

Although there obviously has not been enough time for extensive testing,
the instrument appears to be working normally and is now ready for science
use.
