Revisions to the 3.5-meter schedule which appear from time-to-time during each quarter often add new observing time for various programs and PIs (typically assignment of OPEN or DD time) and sometimes change existing allocations to previously scheduled programs/PIs. These revised schedules are sent to all institutional schedulers, are sent to and archived on the apo35-general mailing list (to which all 3.5m users should subscribe) and are posted on the APO web site. Changes in each revised schedule are not only reflected in the tabulated schedule but are also pointed out in the "NOTES: ***PLEASE READ***" section at the top of each new version of the schedule. The revised schedules are sometimes the ONLY notification of such changes; it is thus ESSENTIAL that all schedulers, PIs, observers and those who have requested OPEN time, DD time or trades etc. check each new version of the schedule (at least the "NOTES: ***PLEASE READ***" section) to see if it has any effect on one or more of their programs. Often, but not always, I also have time to send emails concerning individual programs to those concerned, but you CANNOT count on hearing from me via that route in all cases.
