Problems discovered during the Jan 28-29 scheduled engineering time have
required removal of the tertiary.  This implies a good chance that the
telescope will not be available for science operations on Wed night the
30th and that there could also be some, probably partial, impact on 
Thurs night the 31st.  If it is any consolation, the weather also does not
look promising for the 30th.

More definite information will be announced as it becomes available.
