Reminder, see below.

Also, please notify Gretchen (gretchen@galileo.apo.nmsu.edu) by the end of
Thursday, 12/20, if there a reasonable chance that you will attend.

+++++

Both meetings will be held in the Bancroft Room at the Hilton (where the
AAS is meeting); one will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday,
January 8, and the other will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday,
January 9. There may well be some overlap in content between the two, but
I hope that the discussion on the second day can build on what transpires
at the first gathering, so please attend both if possible (but one will be
better than none, of course). For those unable to be in DC, we plan to
have a speaker phone with a dial-in conference line available. We also
hope to have light refreshments available for those who show up in the
flesh!
