Subject: 2Q2001 schedule delay

I am running into some problems in assembling the 2Q2001 3.5m
observing schedule.  My apologies for its late appearance.  I
will get it out ASAP.  I may end up releasing a schedule for 
just the first week or two initially and then a full schedule
a bit later.
