The second-half nights on March 20 and 21, previously scheduled
for PU04, are now OPEN due to DIS engineering down time.  If
you would like to use this time (but not with DIS, of course) please
notify me, with a copy to your institutional scheduler, ASAP.
Note that this is prime dark time.
