Subject: Spicam Status

We plan on disassembling  Spicam on Friday 2-16-01 . The dewar will 
then be shipped to UW for some rework. It is planned that the 
instrument will be reassembled on 2-28-01 and operable for 3-1-01.

The plan is to swap the Cryotiger  cold head, adjust the cold strap, 
and  replace the entrance window. We expect this will cure the recent 
chip condensation problems.
