Subject: 3.5m Shutdown extended through 9/14

APO 3.5-meter science operations will not resume before the night of
September 15; thus, programs PU01, PU02, UW02 and UW06 are canceled
for the nights of 13 and 14 September.

Depending on weather and other contingencies during the on-sky recommissioning
of the telescope following the long shutdown, the nights of 15 and 16
September (PU01, PU02, NM08, UC01 and DD01) are also in some jeopardy.
