Subject: dewar fill may interrupt observing

The DSC has returned to APO.  It now holds only 15 hours worth of
liquid nitrogen in its dewar.  Our fill schedule for this dewar will
be once every 12 hours (temperture cycling the dewar causes serious
chip contamination, which we want to avoid at all costs).  This means
that the dewar will need to be filled once during the night, generally
between 03:00 and 05:00 Mountain Time, depending on what time it was
filled during the previous afternoon.

We'll try to make the impact of this operation as small as possible on
the observers.  We will, at least, need to be up in the enclosure with
a flashlight for these dewar fills.
