Subject: SPIcam out of service

SPIcam is experiencing electronics problems which are yet to be
diagnosed in detail.  The suspect components are being returned
to UW for repair and, probably, upgrades.  It is hoped and
expected that SPIcam will be returned to service before the next
dark run begins.  DD01, UW02 and PU03 are the only programs affected
during the coming bright run.
