I have just distributed the first quarter 1996 preliminary APO 3.5m
schedule to institutional schedulers and User Cmte members.  Please
see one of them for a copy if you are expecting observing time during
the next quarter.  I am announcing the availability of the schedule
here (on our email exploder) because it is so late (for which I apologize).
