By unanimous resolution of the ARC Board of Governors at its 24 Nov 1998
meeting, authors of any publication based in whole or part on data obtained
with the APO 3.5-meter telescope are requested to include a standardized
acknowledgement, preferably as a footnote to the title.  Please use the
text shown below* for this purpose.
