Dear Colleagues-

We have booked a block of rooms at the Meany Tower hotel here for
the 3.5m town meeting, which will be held on Oct 23,24.

A dozen rooms have been set aside at the UW rate of $116 per night.

They will be held until Oct 9.

If you would like to take advantage of this, you need to contact the 
Meany Hotel at (800) 899-0251 between 7 am and 6 pm Seattle time, 
and ask for one of the rooms reserved for the 3.5m Telescope Group.

The hotel is a pleasant ~10 min walk from campus, and is served 
by a shuttle from the airport.
