This is to notify everyone that the report on the 3.5-m telescope 
guider is now available to the general observing community.  Users may
access this report by going to the following web page:
	http://www.astro.washington.edu/morgan/
There you will find a link to the guider report entitled 
"The APO 3.5-m Guider Report".  This report will be useful to all who
are interested in the details of the guider performance as well as to
those who wish to have a better understanding on how to use the guider.
