The .3 micron counts are ignored by the staff. A memo from walt siegmund
received last year stated that the offending particle size regarding
scattered light is 5 micron and above. It was at this time we modified the
particle counter to report the 1 micron and larger particle counts (the
counter does not have a 5 micron threshold)
