SECOND ARC 3.5-M INSTRUMENTATION AND SCIENCE WORKSHOP
SEPTEMBER 19, 20 1997
SUNSPOT VISITOR AND EDUCATION CENTER
THIRD ANNOUNCEMENT.
This message includes:

- request for travel info for those who want local transportation

- PLEASE UPDATE INFORMATION FOR YOU LISTED BELOW.
This is the third announcement for the fall 1997 meeting, which will
be held at the new Sunspot Education and Visitor Center near APO.
Meeting logistics:
Lodging for is available in the NSO facilities at Sunspot. If we fill
these rooms, we will need to use hotel space in Cloudcroft.
Transportation from the El Paso airport to APO takes about 2.5
hours. NMSU will arrange for a van to transport people back and forth,
but only on the day before the meeting and the Sunday. This may
require some waiting at the airport or an early rise on Sunday. The
status of your transportation is indicated below.
NMSU will sponsor some of the local expenses for meals and lodging at
Sunspot.

rwalterb@nmsu.edu if you have not already done so, or if you want to
update the information.
