Subject: 3Q OPEN time available

It turns out that no one at JHU can use the time re-assigned
to JH01 in July-August (displaced from Sept.) due to the
shutdown slipage.  We therefore have OPEN time available as
follows:

7/29 second half (gray)
7/30 second half (gray)
8/16 second half (bright)
8/17 first and second halves (bright)

Institutional schedulers should inform me, with copies to Bruce
and Gretchen at the site, of requests for this OPEN time.  Where
institutional schedulers may be unavailable due to summer travel
etc., could the corresponding Users Cmte member please act for
them?

Please act ASAP; the first of these nights is less than 2 weeks
from now.
