This is a reminder that institutional TACs should not assign APO 3.5m
time to programs using visitor instruments until AFTER some detailed
technical and logistical arrangements have been made with APO. Our
ability to support visitor instruments is quite limited and it should
NOT be assumed that any particular such program can be supported at
the Observatory without prior discussions.
