Dear APO 3.5m partners,

This is a call for proposals for Q4 ARCSAT observing. We will continue with shared-risk observing for Q4, so there will be no charge for the time. The telescope will be shutdown for maintenance in October and will be available in one week blocks starting on Oct 20, 2014 through February 1, 2015. Note this is offset by a few weeks from the 3.5m schedule.

We invite proposals using the short (text) form available on the ARCSAT website:

Please return the form as a text file by October 1, 2014 to Suzanne Hawley (slhawley at uw.edu) and Russet McMillan (mcmillan at apo.nmsu.edu).  Please indicate on the form both how much time you want (1-3 weeks) and several options (in priority order) for which weeks you want.  The oversubscription from last quarter means that most programs will likely only get one week of time, but we need several weeks to choose from in order to accommodate as many programs as possible.
