TUI 2.3.0 is now available from the usual location:

This version has been changes for the new TCC and for GIFS, so updating is strongly recommended.

For those using betas, there were no changes from 2.3.0b10 and 2.3.0.
For those at University of Washington, the version in /astro/apps6/bin has been updated ("tui" runs 2.3.0 and "tuiold" runs 2.2.0).
