Unfortunately a new ion pump that was installed this spring has failed causing SPICam to not be able to maintain vacuum well enough to stay cold with the Cryotiger
A replacement will be ordered first thing Monday morning but it will depend on what they have in stock as to how long the instrument will be down.
As of now SPICam is not available and may not be for up to several weeks. We will look at alternatives with other suppliers and do everything we can to bring the instrument back on line ASAP
I regret any inconvenience this may cause .
If we can assist in any way for you to work around this or answer questions please feel free to call me.
We will inform everyone via the daylogs with updates as we get them
