TUI 1.9.1 is now available from the usual location:
<http://www.apo.nmsu.edu/35m_operations/TUI-images/>

This updated is primarily intended for unix users (and others running from source) who want to use a Python older than 2.6; such users must install the simplejson package. Thanks to Leigh Koven for the suggestion. 

I suggest APO upgrade (because there are a few minor tweaks under the hood) but other users can stay at 1.9.0 if you like.
