Dear Colleagues:

This note is a reminder that your AS3 letters of intent are due by 1 July; please send them to both Rene Walterbos (rwalterb@nmsu.edu) and myself (gillespi@apo.nmsu.edu).  We will acknowledge their receipt.

The purposes of the letters of intent are primarily to let us know that you are planning to submit a proposal (by the 1 September deadline), and to enable us to make advance arrangements for the review process.  You should briefly describe what the proposed science is, who are the PI and CoIs, and what institutions are involved.  Also include a brief description of the observing and instrument requirements.  You should be able to fit this summary information onto a page.
