Subject: TUI 1.7.0 available

TUI 1.7.0 is now available from the usual location:

The main change is that sound cues are now played using "pygame"  
instead of "snack". This should fix the chronic problem of sound cues  
being played late or not played at all.

Warning: unix users must install pygame and its sound-related  
dependencies to hear sound cues.  Mac and Windows users need not do  
anything special to run the new version (since pygame is included in  
the application).

P.S. UW unix users: /astro/apps/tui runs the new version. Please test  
it on your computer before you need it, to be sure the necessary  
libraries have been installed on your computer. If you get warnings at  
startup or cannot hear sound cues, complain to help@astro. /astro/apps/ 
tuiold runs 1.6.2.
