For unix users of TUI: the next version of TUI will need a new python
library: pygame. (The Mac and Windows version will include pygame so
users don't need to care about this).

The reason for this change is that TUI could not play sound cues
reliably with the old Tcl snack library (which has been abandoned).

The pygame library requires a few bits of the SDL multimedia package:
SDL and SDL_mixer. Be sure to install the headers, not just the
libraries (on linux this means installing the "-devel" versions of the
packages as well as the basic packages). Note: if you install
SDL_image and SDL_ttf you'll get a more complete pygame, but TUI
doesn't use the extra bits.
