Subject: NicFps - Out -of-Service

Effective Immediately until around May 5th, NicFps will not be  
available for use on the 3.5m telescope.

The instrument is being warmed up in preparation for the replacement  
fan-out board installation and the removal of the etalon.

We anticipate this work will improve noise performance and start the  
process in repairing the etalon.

There are currently no scheduled uses for NicFps during this time.
