In the announcement "New Science and Operations Proposals for the  
Photometric Telescope: a solicitation" sent to this distribution on 25  
February, the deadline for the submission of suggestions and proposals  
was given as Monday, 31 March, 2008.  If you plan to submit  
suggestions or make a proposal, please make sure your materials are  
turned in by midnight tonight to Suzanne Hawley (ARC 3.5-meter  
telescope Director, slh at astro.washington.edu) and Bruce Gillespie  
(ARC Program Manager, gillespi at apo.nmsu.edu)
