Due to the holidays, I am late getting the quarterly passwords  
changed and science data cleaned up.

This coming Friday, Jan. 11, science data from 1st quarter 2007 will  
be deleted.  newton's user account passwords will change during the  
day.  The password list was mailed in middle December to members on  
the users' committee and Suzanne H.  The observing specialists also  
have the passwords.
