Subject: TUI 1.4.3 is now available

TUI 1.4.3 is now available.

Changes from 1.4.1/1.4.2:
* NICFPS now allows up to 15 Fowler samples.
* One may now specify a port after the hub host address (after a space).
* 1.4.2 was Mac only and was simply a re-packaging with an older 
version of Tcl/Tk to resolve a memory leak.
* TUI Mac is once again PPC-only due to an apparent memory leak 
introduced by Tcl/Tk 8.4.16

You may continue to use 1.4.1 if you don't need the improvements in 
1.4.3. In particular if you have a Mac with lots of memory you may 
prefer to run universal and live with the memory leak (which appears 
to be roughly the amount of a guide image/guide image).
