Dear APO 3.5m users,

We have reorganized, and supplemented, the information in many of the web
pages for the 3.5m, in particular the pages giving instrument information
and usage guides. Gabrelle Saurage at APO is coordinating the
reorganization, and Jon Holtzman is coordinating the content revisions.
The new pages can be found at:

http://www.apo.nmsu.edu/arc35m

We have attempted to preserve all relevant and up-to-date information from
the old web pages, and have supplemented this in some cases, but there is
certainly more information that should be added, and we are gradually
doing so. We welcome suggestions for either organizational or content
revisions/additions. If anyone wants to provide additional information,
that would be great!

The new web pages will be discussed at the next users committee meeting on
November 19, 2007. Please send comments to your users committee
representative and copy to Gabrelle and Jon (gabrelle@apo.nmsu.edu,
holtz@nmsu.edu). The users committee representatives for each ARC
institution are:

Johns Hopkins University - Jon Fulbright
New Mexico State University - Jon Holtzman
Princeton University - Michael Strauss
University of Chicago - Al Harper
University of Colorado - John Bally
University of Virginia - Remy Indebetouw
University of Washington - Scott Anderson

Our plan is to replace the old telescope/instrument pages with these new
pages after considering the feedback at the users committee meeting.
